- 6 Cumberland pork sausages
- 3 mixed peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g can baked beans
- 400g can butter beans, drained
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

- In a medium heat pan, brown the sausages for 3-5 minutes. This step is optional, but it adds a lot of flavour to the dish!
- Once browned, add the sausages and the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours until the sausages are cooked through and the flavours meld together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread. Enjoy!
