Slow Cooker Chicken Madras Recipe

Ditch the takeaway and try my Slow Cooker Chicken Madras, packed full of flavour this is the perfect crowd pleaser curry. Lets go:
Ingredients:
- 600g chicken thighs
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1-2 red chillies (more if you like it extra hot)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp madras paste
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 100ml chicken stock (from a cube is fine)
- 1 tbsp creme freshe
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker season well and cook for 4 hours on a high or 8 hours on a low.
- 10 minutes before serving add creme fraiche/yohurt, garnish with coriander and fresh chilli then tuck in, enjoy.
