Ingredients
- 2 large cod fillets
- 50ml water
- 1 tbsp masala paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Parchment paper needed
Garnish
-
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Lemon slices
Method
- Line the slow cooker with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides. Pour 50ml of water underneath the parchment paper to prevent the fish from sticking and to help steam the cod.
- In a small bowl, mix the masala paste and lemon juice to create the marinade. Place the cod fillets on the parchment paper and pour the marinade over the fish, making sure the fillets are well coated.
- Cook on high for 1 hour until the cod is tender and flakes easily with a fork. Once done, garnish with fresh coriander and lemon slices. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
