Delicious High-Protein Chicken Caesar Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 g lean chicken mince

  • 2 mini soft tacos / mini tortillas

  • 1 little gem lettuce, finely sliced

  • 2 tbsp lighter Caesar dressing

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prep the lettuce.
Finely slice the little gem lettuce and set aside.

  • Smash the chicken.
Place mini tacos on baking paper or a board. Divide chicken mince into two portions. Place each portion directly on top of a taco, then use a fork to smash it down so it sticks in a thin, even layer.

  • Cook the tacos.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place each taco chicken-side down and cook 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through. Flip and warm the tortilla side for another minute.

  • Assemble.
Top each taco with lettuce, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, and sprinkle parmesan over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
