Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 25 g cornflakes, crushed

  • 1 egg white (or 1 whole egg if preferred)

  • 50 g romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 5 g parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp light Caesar dressing (10 g)

  • 1 wrap

  • 1 tbsp croutons

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Coat the chicken.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg white, then coat in crushed cornflakes.

  • Air fry until golden.
    Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and cooked through.

  • Make the salad.
    Toss the romaine lettuce, parmesan, and Caesar dressing together. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Assemble the wrap.
    Fill the wrap with the crispy chicken, salad, and croutons. Drizzle with any leftover dressing.

  • Toast it.
    Toast the wrap on a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes each side, until golden.

  • Slice & serve.
    Cut in half, serve warm, and enjoy immediately.
