Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
120 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
25 g cornflakes, crushed
1 egg white (or 1 whole egg if preferred)
50 g romaine lettuce, chopped
5 g parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp light Caesar dressing (10 g)
1 wrap
1 tbsp croutons
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Coat the chicken.
Dip chicken pieces in egg white, then coat in crushed cornflakes.Air fry until golden.
Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and cooked through.Make the salad.
Toss the romaine lettuce, parmesan, and Caesar dressing together. Season with salt and pepper.Assemble the wrap.
Fill the wrap with the crispy chicken, salad, and croutons. Drizzle with any leftover dressing.Toast it.
Toast the wrap on a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes each side, until golden.Slice & serve.
Cut in half, serve warm, and enjoy immediately.
