Greek Chicken Flatbreads 

Serves 4 480 calories | 35g protein per flatbread

These are my delicious High Protein Greek Chicken Flatbreads, perfect quick and easy healthy midweek dinner. Lets go: 

Ingredients: 

  • 500g chicken thighs 
  • 1 packet greek seasoning mix 
  • 1 tsp garlic 
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon 
  • 4 wraps 
  • 2 tomatoes chopped 
  • Quarter of a cucumber sliced 
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki 

Method: 

  • First marinade the chicken by adding the greek seasoning, garlic, lemon zest and juice and olive oil to a bowl, season well then set aside. 

  • Add the chicken to your AirWave air fryer, then cook on 200c for 15 minutes until fully cooked through. 

  • Heat your flatbreads in the microwave for 30 seconds, add 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce to the flatbread along with the cooked chicken, add fresh tomato and cucumber, a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley on top. Tuck in and enjoy!
