High Protein BBQ Chicken Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 150g cooked chicken breast shredded
- 55g Lighter mozzarella
- 1x Crosta Mollica Flatbread
- 1 tbsp red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method:
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp bbq sauce to cooked shredded chicken and mix together.
- To the flatbread brush 1 tbsp bbq sauce on top, then layer with mozzarella, red onions, shredded chicken, more red onions and mozzarella and sprinkle of Italian seasonings.
- Place in an oven at 180c for 15 minutes until the cheese has nicely melted and you’re ready to eat. Enjoy!
