High Protein BBQ Chicken Flatbread Recipe

Searching for a quick high protein lunch? Then look no further and try my BBQ Chicken flatbreads, under 500 cals and 51.2g protein per flatbread they’re a perfect high protein delicious option for lunch or dinner. Let’s go: 


Ingredients:
  • 150g cooked chicken breast shredded 
  • 55g Lighter mozzarella 
  • 1x Crosta Mollica Flatbread 
  • 1 tbsp red onion chopped 
  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce 
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 

Method: 
  • In a bowl add 1 tbsp bbq sauce to cooked shredded chicken and mix together. 
  • To the flatbread brush 1 tbsp bbq sauce on top, then layer with mozzarella, red onions, shredded chicken, more red onions and mozzarella and sprinkle of Italian seasonings. 
  • Place in an oven at 180c for 15 minutes until the cheese has nicely melted and you’re ready to eat. Enjoy!
