

Ingredients
- 650g chicken thighs
- 1 large onion
- 1 red chilli (add more if you like the heat)
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 5 cardamom pods
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp chicken tikka masala paste
- 3 tbsp creme fraiche
Garnish
- 1-2 tbsp coriander
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker, season well give it a good mix then cook for 3 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.
- 20 minutes before serving add the creme fraiche and you’re ready to tuck in.
- Serve with fluffy rice, naan bread and ice cold beer and enjoy.
