

Ingredients
- 600g chicken thighs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Place the chicken into the slow cooker. Sprinkle over the cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, chilli powder, ground coriander, and cinnamon. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated then drizzle with some olive oil to finish.
- Season well then cook on for 3 hours on high or on 4-5 hours on low until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken and serve with warm flatbreads and mixed salad. Enjoy!
