Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites 


Serves 2 | 312 calories and 22.5g protein per serving without rice 


Spice up your life with my air fryer bang bang salmon bites, taking under 20 minutes to make this is the perfect speedy high protein mid week dinner. Lets go: 


Ingredients: 

  • 2 salmon fillets 
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning 
  • Bang Bang sauce: 
  • 80g lighter mayo 
  • 40g sriracha sauce 
  • 40g sweet chilli sauce 
  • Garnish: (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds 
  • 1 red chilli thinly sliced 
  • 1 spring onion sliced 
  • 1 packet microwave sticky rice or 150g dry white rice 

Method: 

  • Pat your salmon dry, then slice into cubes. 
  • Make the bang bang sauce by adding all the bang bang sauce ingredients together within a bowl.
  • Add the salmon to a bowl with the cajun and paprika seasoning and 1 tsp of the bang bang sauce then set aside.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 180c. 
  • Remove, and drizzle over the delicious bang bang sauce, sesame seeds, red chilli and spring onions. Serve with fluffy white rice and tuck in, enjoy!
