Creamy Lemon & Dill Smoked Salmon Pasta 


Serves 4 | 460 calories and 17.1g protein per serving 


This is my Creamy Lemon & Dill Smoked Salmon Pasta, the perfect elegant mid week dinner. So simple to put together this one is a must try. Lets go: 


Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • Juice 1 lemon and zest 
  • 100g soft cream cheese 
  • 75g uncooked spaghetti per person 
  • 2 tbsp lighter creme fraiche 
  • 100g smoked salmon sliced 
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped 
  • 1 small onion chopped 
  • 1 bunch fresh dill chopped 

Method: 

  • Add a pinch of salt to a pan of boiling water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. 
  • Whilst the pasta is cooking on a medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan, add the garlic and onions and sauté until softened for 5 minutes. 
  • Lower the heat add soft cheese and 2 tbsp creme fresh, lemon juice and half the zest, season well and mix together until combined. 
  • Turn off the heat, add the smoked salmon to the pan, add the cooked pasta along with a dash of the pasta water season well and add the chopped dill and remaining lemon zest. 
  • Serve with extra fresh dill on top and a few wedges of lemon, tuck in and enjoy.
