Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe

A comfort food classic Honey Mustard Chicken, this is my slow cooker version and it couldn’t be easier to put together. Lets go:
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp dijon
- 4 tbsp honey
- 150ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 600g chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker, season well and cook for 4 hours on a high or 6 hours on a low.
- 15 minute before serving add in the cornflour mixture (1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp water mixed together) and you’re ready to tuck in, enjoy with creamy mash potato and enjoy.
