Slow Cooker Chorizo, Butterbean and Chickpea Soup

This is my hearty Slow Cooker Chorizo, Butterbean and Chickpea Soup, the perfect winter warmer to warm you up on.
Ingredients:
100g chorizo
1 onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
400g butter beans
400g chickpeas
600ml chicken stock
200g spinach
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli
Method:

Add all the ingredients bar the spinach to the slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. 30 minutes before serving add spinach in and you’re ready to serve.
