Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken Curry
Serves 4 462 calories | 33g protein per serving
The fakeaway curry you never knew you needed was my Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken Curry, under 500 calories and over 30g protein per serving this is one of my new favourites.
Ingredients:
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 400ml hot water mixed with 150g goldfish curry sauce
- 600g chicken thighs
- 100g frozen peas
Method:

Add all the ingredients (except the peas) into the slow cooker, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.

Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

30 minutes before serving, stir in the peas and let them cook.

Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy!
