This Italian Prawn Linguine is my go-to when I want something that feels a bit fancy but takes barely any effort. Juicy king prawns, garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes and lemon tossed through silky linguine simple ingredients, big flavour, and ready in under 25 minutes.

Delicious Italian Prawn Pasta
Ingredients
300g raw king prawns
200g cherry tomatoes
1 birdseye chilli, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
Juice + zest of 1 lemon
200g uncooked linguine
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
100ml white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Build the base.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic and sauté until softened.Create the sauce.
Add cherry tomatoes, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and chilli.
Season well and allow the wine to reduce while the tomatoes soften.Cook the prawns.
Add prawns to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and just cooked through.Cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, cook linguine in well-salted boiling water until al dente.
Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.Combine.
Add the pasta to the sauce with a splash of pasta water.
Turn off the heat and toss until glossy and well coated.Finish & serve.
Season to taste. Top with prawns, fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon wedges.
