🍗 Ingredients: Serves 4 (552 calories and 48.2g protein excluding blue cheese sauce)
- 1kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 100g @franksredhot hot sauce
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 100g @hellmannsuk blue cheese sauce
- Handful fresh celery
👩🍳 Method:
- To begin, pat down the wings with a paper towel to rid them of excess moisture. Then, toss them in the dry rub ingredients until they're fully coated and seasoned to perfection.
- Pop those wings into the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 25 mins, flipping them every 5 mins for that extra crunch.
- While your wings are sizzling away, whip up the buffalo sauce. Simply combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until you have a glossy, thick sauce.
- Once your wings are gloriously crispy, transfer them to a bowl and generously coat them in the buffalo sauce.
- Serve alongside a dollop of blue cheese sauce, some fresh celery sticks, and, of course, a cold beer. It's time to dig in and relish in the deliciousness!
