🍗 Ingredients: Serves 4 (552 calories and 48.2g protein excluding blue cheese sauce)

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
Sauce:
  • 100g @franksredhot hot sauce
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
Garnish:
  • 100g @hellmannsuk blue cheese sauce
  • Handful fresh celery

    👩‍🍳 Method:

    1. To begin, pat down the wings with a paper towel to rid them of excess moisture. Then, toss them in the dry rub ingredients until they're fully coated and seasoned to perfection.
    2. Pop those wings into the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 25 mins, flipping them every 5 mins for that extra crunch.
    3. While your wings are sizzling away, whip up the buffalo sauce. Simply combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until you have a glossy, thick sauce.
    4. Once your wings are gloriously crispy, transfer them to a bowl and generously coat them in the buffalo sauce.
    5. Serve alongside a dollop of blue cheese sauce, some fresh celery sticks, and, of course, a cold beer. It's time to dig in and relish in the deliciousness!
