Delicious Sticky Teriyaki Soy Pork Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped

  • 2 mixed bell peppers, sliced

  • 4 pork medallion steaks (500g) cubed

  • 1 pack amoy pre-cooked stir fry noodles

  • 1 packet bluedragon teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornflour

  • 2 tbsp five spice

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp olive oil


Garnish

  • 2–3 fresh spring onions, sliced

  • Handful coriander, chopped

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • Juice of 1 lime


Instructions

  • Cook the pork.
    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the pork, 1 tbsp five spice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and cornflour. Season well and cook for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan.

  • Sauté the veg.
    In the same pan, add chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, and peppers with the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

  • Add noodles and sauce.
    Return pork to the pan, then add noodles and teriyaki sauce. Stir well and cook for 5–7 minutes until everything is coated and glossy.

  • Garnish and serve.
    Top with spring onions, coriander, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot and enjoy!
