This is my quick and easy sticky hoisin pork, ready in 15 minutes for the perfect easy midweek dinner.

Ingredients:

3 pork steaks, cut into cubes

1 tbsp five-spice powder

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

To Garnish:

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp spring onion, finely sliced

Method:

   - Cut the pork steaks into bite-sized cubes and coat them evenly with the five-spice powder.

   - Cook the pork cubes in an air fryer at 200°C for 8–9 minutes, then set aside.

   - While the pork is cooking, add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice wine vinegar to a pan over low heat.  Stir and cook until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.

   - Add the cooked pork to the pan, ensuring each piece is coated in the sticky sauce.

- Plate the pork on a bed of fluffy white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion for a finishing touch.
