Slow Cooker Spanish Chicken & Chorizo Stew Recipe

This is my delicious Slow Cooker Spanish Chicken & Chorizo stew, this comforting stew will warm you up on any cold evening and couldn’t be easier to put together. Lets go:
Ingredients:
- 75g spicy chorizo
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chilli
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 600g chicken fillets
- 400g chickpeas
- 2 large handful spinach
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 bay leaf
- 75ml red wine
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tsp sugar
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into your slow cooker, season well mix together then cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving add in the chickpeas and spinach and then you’re ready to tuck in.
