Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Satay Curry Recipe

Satay lovers, this ones for you, my Creamy Chicken Satay Curry, this curry is packed full of flavour and truly a must try if you love Malaysian style curries. Lets go:
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 600g chicken thighs chopped
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 400g full fat coconut milk
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 chicken stock cube crumbled
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 red chilli
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker, season well, mix together and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
- Garnish with coriander, chilli and crumbled peanuts and tuck in, enjoy!
