Slow Cooker Chicken Korma Recipe

This is my rich and tender Slow Cooker Chicken Korma, my lighter take on the classic Chicken Korma take out version this one is a must try, lets go:
Ingredients:
- 600g chicken thighs
- 1 large onions chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 3 tbsp korma paste
- 400ml full fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 50ml chicken stock cube
- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker, mix together then cook for high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving add the cornflour mixture, then ten mins before serving add 2 tbsp natural yoghurt.
- Garnish with flaked almonds, chopped fresh coriander and 1 tbsp sultanas, enjoy.
