High Protein Tandoori Chicken Recipe

This tandoori chicken is so easy to prepare and half the calories of what you’d order in if you went to your local takeaway, coming in at 37g protein 373 calories per serving what's not to love? Lets go:
Ingredients- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 250ml greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori spice mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 skinless large chicken legs scored
- 1 tbsp freshly cut coriander
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp almonds (optional)
- Mix together all of the marinade ingredients within a bowl, add your scored chicken and let this marinade for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat your grill to a high heat, add your chicken in batches 2-3 mins until charred, remove and place on a baking sheet.
- Baste chicken with remaining leftover marinade and put in the oven at 180c for 25-30 mins until fully cooked through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of mint, coriander, shallots, flaked almonds and tuck in.
