Crab Linguine With Chilli & Parsley

Crab linguine with garlic and chilli - the perfect date night dish. Washed down with a glass of crisp white wine you can’t beat it. Lets go:
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1 red chilli thinly sliced
- 100g white crab meat
- 50ml olive oil
- Juice 1 lemon
- Handful fresh parsley chopped
- 150g linguine
Method:
- Salt your pasta water, cook the linguine for 7-8 minutes until al dente
- Whilst your pasta is cooking, to a medium heat pan add olive oil, garlic, and chilli cook through for 2-3 minutes then add lemon juice, lemon zest and crab cook through on low heat to warm the crab.
- Once warm add the cooked pasta to the pan along with a few tbsp of the cooking water, mix in the fresh parsley and season well.
- Add to a serving plate then drizzle over olive oil, touch more parsley and lemon zest and you’re ready to eat. Serve with a cold glass of crisp white wine, enjoy.
