Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

If you’re looking for a quick high protein delicious midweek dinner then this recipe is for you, my air fryer chicken parm. So easy to make this one is truly a must try, lets go:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 chicken breast
- 30g lighter mozzarella cheese
- 30g panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg mixed
- 100g plain flour
Garnish:
- 1 tbsp parmesan grated
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
Method:
- Separate the panko bread crumbs, cracked egg mixture, and plain flour into three separate bowls. Add 1 tsp Italian seasoning into the plain flour bowl, then lightly coat the chicken breast into the plain flour bowl, the egg bowl and then the panko bread crumb bowl.
- Add within the air fryer at 200c for 20 minutes until cooked through and nicely golden.
- Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella, sprinkle of parmesan on top and cook for a further 5 minutes until nicely melted.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil and tuck in.
