Slow Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 green chilli thinly sliced (if you like it hot add 2 more chillis in)
- 1 thumb piece ginger grated
- 700g skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 400ml can coconut milk
- 400ml can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Handful fresh coriander (garnish)
- Half red chilli thinly sliced (garnish)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker, cook on high for 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. Serve with fluffy rice and a cold beer and enjoy.
