One Pan Creamy Honey Mustard Pork

This is my healthy budget friendly One Pan Creamy Honey Mustard Pork, the perfect hassle free midweek dinner.
Ingredients:

5 pork steaks

1 onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tbsp mixed Italian herbs

100ml single cream
-
150ml chicken stock
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

200g mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method:

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add pork steaks and sprinkle with 1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs. Cook for 10 minutes until fully cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add mushrooms and 1 tbsp mixed herbs. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in 100ml single cream, 150ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp honey. Mix well until a glossy sauce forms.

Return the cooked pork to the pan, including any resting juices. Simmer on low for 5 minutes until warmed through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with creamy mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
